January 19, 2001

BEL AIR - Three Harford County men have been arrested and charged in connection with the seizure on Tuesday of 12 pounds of marijuana, a variety of weapons and more than $26,000 in cash, the county sheriff's office said yesterday.

Robert Tremper, 41, of Edgewood; Michael Holland, 21, of Pylesville; and Stacy Phillips, 21, of Bel Air face a series of drug distribution charges, authorities said.

All three were released on bond.

The sheriff's office said it intercepted a shipment of marijuana en route to Harford County from Arizona after receiving information about the delivery.

Authorities estimated the value of the shipment at $31,000.

The investigation into the suspected drug ring is continuing, authorities said.
