Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southwestern District

Drug arrests: Drug enforcement unit officers raided a house Wednesday in the 2200 block of Eagle St., arrested four people on drug possession charges and seized 20 gelatin capsules of heroin, valued at $200. Ronald Schultheis, 31, and Heather Schultheis, 26, both of the 200 block of Sacred Heart Drive in Reisterstown; Ronald Burkhart, 23, of the 3300 block of Mitchell Court; and Jerrod Corbett, 29, of the 600 block of George St. were charged with possession of heroin. Central District

Drug arrests: Two men were arrested Wednesday in the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Ave. during an alleged drug transaction. Bryan Watkins, 31, of the 400 block of Watty Court was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Samuel Singleton, 30, whose address was not available, was charged with possession of cocaine. Police seized 18 vials of cocaine, a plastic bag of crack cocaine, marijuana and $40.

Robbery: A woman, 21, was about to enter an apartment building in the 1200 block of Druid Hill Ave. about 9 a.m. Wednesday when a gunman robbed her of a boom-box radio, compact discs and cash, all valued at more than $400.

Western District

Robbery: A man driving a gray Toyota with tags HBW 961 robbed a woman, 36, of $100 about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of N. Franklintown Road.

Northwestern District

Burglary: Computer equipment, a videocassette recorder, a 10-speed bicycle, a 27-inch television, jewelery and a compact disc player - all valued at nearly $4,700 - were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 4700 block of Park Heights Ave.

Southern District

Burglary: A water heater, stove hood, counter top, faucets and hand and power tools were stolen Wednesday from a house being renovated in the 800 block of Jeffrey St.

Northern District

Theft: A laptop computer valued at $4,200 was stolen Wednesday from the front porch of a house in the 2000 block of Ridgemere Road. The laptop was delivered by a courier service.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Theft/arrest: A man was arrested Wednesday on the East Point Mall parking lot after more than $4,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from Shaw's Jewelry in the mall. Irvin M. Little, 33, of the 1100 block of Leadenhall St. in Southern Baltimore was charged with theft.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: A 600-pound office safe was stolen Wednesday from Andy Nelson's Southern Pit Barbeque in the 11000 block of York Road. The contents of the safe were not disclosed.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed another man of $20 in the 10500 block of Reisterstown Road about 11:20 p.m. Tuesday.

Burglary: A fax machine, two televisions and stereo speakers were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 3600 block of Kelox Road.
