Westminster police are looking for a 9-year-old boy missing from his foster home. Authorities said they think the boy is in the company of his biological mother.

The foster parents, who live on Ryder Court, reported Ariel Joseph Ghee missing at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, police said. He was living with the foster parents by court order, according to police.

Ariel, an African-American, was born Jan. 28, 1991. He is 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 113 pounds. He has severe asthma and does not have his medication, police said. He might be wearing a gray sweat shirt and sweat pants and brown Timberland boots.

Anyone with information on Ariel's whereabouts should call Westminster police at 410-848-4646.
