MTA hearing tonight to consider additional Columbia-city bus trips

January 11, 2001

The Maryland Mass Transit Administration will hold a public hearing tonight to assess the amount of interest in expanding Columbia-to-Baltimore bus service.

The hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the east Columbia library, 6600 Cradlerock Way. The state is considering adding two morning trips and two evening trips to the 310 and 311 lines from Columbia to Baltimore, if there is enough demand for an expansion.
