Maryland Landmark Homes has a sales center open and 17 home sites available at its Tilyard Farms community in Baltimore County. The model home will open in March.

The custom home community, located in Owings Mills, offers 11 home plans ranging from 2,800 square feet to 6,500 square feet, with base prices from $399,900 to $547,900.

The homes are on well-and-septic systems and come with gas heat and hot water. Standard features include a brick front, side-load garage and hardwood foyer.

The model home, the Cullen David, has a base price of $545,900, but with upgrades costs $739,900.

The first floor has a two-story foyer, 18-by-14-foot dining room, laundry/mud room, 21-by-15-foot sun room adjacent to a 15-by-14 living room, two powder rooms, 22-by-17 family room, 20-by-19 kitchen and breakfast area with adjacent 20-by-26 sunroom.

To reach Tilyard Farms from Baltimore, take Route 140 north (Reisterstown Road) and make a right onto Route 130 (Greenspring Valley Road). Make a left onto Garrison Forest Road and continue past Caves Road and Crondall Lane to Tilyard Farms on the right.
