The homes are on public water and sewer systems and come with gas heat and electric cooking and hot water. Standard features include 9-foot ceilings on the main level, vinyl siding, and a family room with wood-burning fireplace.
The model home, the Sterling, has a base price ranging from $412,900 to $431,900 for 3,250 square feet (prices vary with lot size) and comes with a two-car garage. The model has several upgrades, including an optional sun room and extra bedroom, and costs $595,000 for 3,650 square feet.
The first floor has a ceramic-floor foyer, 14-by-16-foot living room, 14-by-16-foot dining room, 14-by-12-foot sun room, 11-by- 13-foot breakfast room with adjacent kitchen, 17-by-18-foot family room and a 12-by-13-foot study- guest room.
