Baltimore City
Eastern District
Robbery: A man, 30, was in the 200 block of N. Patterson Park Ave. about 5:20 p.m. Saturday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $175 and a gold crucifix necklace, all valued at $250.
Theft: A videocassette recorder, a television and a 35mm camera were stolen Saturday from a car parked in the 1200 block of Wilcox St.
Northwestern District
Robbery: A man, 24, was walking in the 4700 block of Wakefield Ave. about 8:40 p.m. Saturday when a man armed with a large-caliber handgun robbed him of cash and a cellular phone.
Robbery: A man was talking on an outside pay telephone in the 3200 block of W. Rogers Ave. about 6:30 p.m. Friday when a man struck him with his fist and robbed him of a pager and cash, all valued at more than $60.
Stolen car: A gray 1991 Dodge van with tags HVR 712 was stolen Friday in the 3900 block of Bartwood Road.
Burglary: Three bicycles and lawn-care equipment were stolen Saturday from a shed in the 2900 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway.
Arson: A 1995 Hyundai Elantra with tags GBA 933 was parked in the 3300 block of Woodland Ave. early Saturday when someone set the vehicle on fire, causing more than $3,000 damage.
Southern District
Assault: Two boys, one 13 and the other 14, were arguing in the 3000 block of Stranden Road about 7 p.m. Saturday when one struck the other with a baseball bat, causing minor injuries. The older boy was charged as a juvenile with aggravated assault.
Baltimore County
Cockeysville Precinct
Carjacking: A Howard County man, 24, who met a girl through a dating service, picked her up at her Baltimore home about 4 a.m. Saturday and drove her to Putty Hill and Hoerner avenues in Parkville. There, he picked up another woman and a man. They went to Loch Raven Drive and Morgan Mill Road at the Loch Raven Reservoir, where they began smoking marijuana. After a few minutes, the other man pulled a knife and forced the Elkridge resident from his 2001 Toyota 4-Runner and drove off with the women. Hours later, the vehicle was involved in an accident in Harford County. Police said the Toyota's three occupants fled the scene and were being sought.
Robbery/arrest: A woman was outside Dollar General Store at Yorktowne Plaza in the first block of Cranbrook Road about 10:30 a.m. Saturday when a man stole her purse and fled down an area way between stores. An employee of a nearby store witnessed the incident, gave chase and caught the man. Todd Eichhorn, 26, of no fixed address, was charged with unarmed robbery and processed at the county Detention Center. The woman's purse was recovered.
Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 2200 block of Midridge Road over the weekend and stole jewelry, cash and checks, all of unknown value.
Towson Precinct
Robbery: An apparently unarmed man wearing a black ski mask entered the Royal Farms store in the 1500 block of E. Joppa Road about 2:40 a.m. Saturday and ordered an employee to give him money from a cash register. After he was given an undisclosed sum, the man forced the employee into a back room and fled.
Parkville Precinct
Robbery: A man driving a red Ford pickup truck stopped at the drive-through window at the Wendy's restaurant at East Joppa at Harford roads about 11 p.m. Saturday, displayed a handgun and ordered an employee to give him money from the cash register. The man was given an undisclosed sum of money and drove off.
Robbery: Three teen-age males, one armed with a handgun, robbed a boy, 13, of his bicycle at Park Drive near Taylor Avenue about 1:30 p.m. Saturday. The bicycle was valued at more than $100.
North Point Precinct
Theft/arrest: A woman from North Fulton Avenue in West Baltimore was arrested Saturday when she tried to leave the Value City store in the 7700 block of Eastern Ave. without paying for clothing and video games, all valued at more than $260.
