The Baltimore County Planning Board will reconvene its annual meeting to receive residents' comments on capital budget requests at 6 p.m. Dec. 7 at the County Courts Building on Bosley Avenue.
The meeting Nov. 16 was recessed 15 minutes after it began because of a power outage. The board will use the speaker registration list from that meeting when it gathers next week. Additional speakers are welcome.
