Paragon Computer Services Inc., an Ellicott City-based technology integration consulting firm, has designed and implemented a remote connectivity solution for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.

The solution provides high-speed protected access to internal data resources for the organization's offices in Richmond and Norfolk, Va., Harrisburg, Pa., and Annapolis.
