Scupper names Parks catering sales manager
Rusty Scupper named Natasha Parks catering sales manager for the Inner Harbor restaurant. She is responsible for group planning and promotion of the restaurant for meetings and special occasion gatherings.
The Salisbury State University graduate and resident of Locust Point was formerly with Harbor Court Hotel.

Doner Direct hires Seeker as account director
Doner Direct said Kevin Seeker joined the company as an account director for its Teligent account. He is responsible for the account's strategic direction and day-to-day management.
A graduate of Gannon College, Seeker previously was a senior account supervisor with the Tomas Group.

PSA names D'Angelo account executive
PSA Financial named Bob D'Angelo an account executive. He will focus on casualty, commercial and property insurance for the Lutherville-based financial services company. D'Angelo previously worked with the Russell Insurance Group and with R. B. Brown and Associates in Baltimore.
The Washington College graduate lives in Harford County. D'Angelo is a member of the Liberty Leaders Club, the Top Producers Club and is active with Little League baseball and soccer.

Keller Bruner & Co. LLP appointed Stephen Kroll manager, federal procurement services.
A certified public accountant, the Loyola College graduate was a supervisor with the Defense Contracts Auditing Agency before joining the Bethesda-based accounting and business consulting firm.

O'Meara, Kramer join Continental Realty
Towson-based Continental Realty Corp. announced two appointments to the staff: Nancy O'Meara as a commercial property manager and Leigh Kramer as director of marketing.
O'Meara, formerly with Grubb & Ellis Management Services, is responsible for, among other properties, Arnold Station, Cloverleaf Business Park and Freedom Village Shopping Center. A Millersville resident, she is president of the Shopping Center Management Association and is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Kramer supervises marketing and public relations for the corporation as well as its shopping center properties.
Formerly with the Rouse Co., he is a graduate of Towson University and lives in Bel Air. Kramer also is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
