MTA bus driver convicted of stealing, selling passes
A Mass Transit Administration bus driver has been found guilty in District Court of stealing large quantities of bus passes and reselling them.
Stephanie Olivia Brightful, 37, of the 100 block of Courtland Woods Circle in Pikesville was found guilty Friday of one count of felony theft and was sentenced to a one-year suspended prison term. She also was ordered to pay $1,173 in restitution and perform 40 hours of community service.
Brightful was the sixth driver convicted of stealing bus passes and transferring them to black-market dealers, said Attorney General J.
