Two East Baltimore men who had prior armed-robbery convicM-W tions were ordered to prison yesM-W terday for robbing a bar in April, prosecutors announced. Antonio Harris, 31, of the 6000 block of Moravia Park Drive and Cecil Anderson, 27, of the 800 block of N. Milton Ave. were convicted of robbing the Sheldon Bar in the 4300 block of Belair Road, prosecuM-W tors said. City Circuit Judge Carol E. Smith sentenced Harris 5400 block of Hazelwood Ave. in NorthM-W east Baltimore was identified by police yesterdayM-5 as the man who was found fatally shot Wednesday afternoon on the back steps of a house in the 400 block of N.
