Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Robbery try: A man, 38, was on Boston Street in O'Donnell Heights about 8 p.m. Monday when two male teens, one armed with a handgun, demanded his money. When the victim realized the weapon was a BB pistol, he pushed the gunman aside, causing both teens to flee without any money.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A woman, 28, was about to remove money from an automated teller machine at First Union Bank in the 3500 block of Woodland Ave. about 10:25 a.m. Monday when a man asked her for money. When the woman refused, the man grabbed $20 from the machine's cash tray and fled.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Burglary: Computer equipment valued at more than $3,000 was stolen from a house in the 6900 block of Gunder Ave. Monday by someone who entered through a window.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Two hand-carved wooden benches valued at $1,000 were stolen from the front porch of a house in the 1900 block of Ruxton Road between Sept. 21 and Monday.
