Two pedestrians killed in Balto., Charles

Two pedestrians were killed in accidents in Maryland this weekend, police said.

A Baltimore County man was killed early yesterday morning in Middle River. Michael Paul Garrett, 21, of the 100 block of Breakers Court, was struck shortly after 1 a.m. as he tried to cross Martin Boulevard. The driver was not charged, according to Baltimore County police.

Late Friday, Jeffrey Frank Lamb, 34, of Lexington Park was killed when he tried to cross U.S. 301 outside White Plains in Charles County, state police said.
