Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Arrests: Two teen-agers were arrested Sunday and charged as adults with carjacking two vehicles at knifepoint. Dominic Rhames, 16, of the 3500 block of Elmley Ave. and Ernest Robinson, 14, of the 2500 block of Winchester St. were charged in warrants with two counts of armed carjacking, robbery and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony. A car was taken in the 500 block of Crenshaw Ave. about 8:30 p.m. Sept. 10, and a 1996 Acura Integra was taken about an hour later in the 5600 block of Sinclair Lane.

Arrest: Erlington Dotson, 18, of the 7900 block of Crisford Place in Pikesville, Baltimore County, was arrested Saturday in the 5000 block of Denview Way on warrants charging him in the armed robberies of two Pizza Boli's deliverymen in the 5600 block of Sinclair Lane on Sept. 12 and 13. Money and food were taken at gunpoint.

Northern District

Burglary: Tools, a snow blower and other equipment, all valued at $2,600, were stolen Monday from a storage shed owned by Robert Norris Construction Co. in the 2100 block of Maryland Ave.

Southeastern District

Theft/arrests: Officer Diane Ckyyou was responding to a report of a theft from a trailer outside the CVS pharmacy in the 1700 block of Dundalk Ave. early Monday when she spotted two men seated in a car nearby. Ckyyou saw merchandise in the car that she believed was taken from the trailer and arrested the men. She recovered an artificial Christmas tree, Christmas lights, toys and other items. Richard Coleman, 46, of the 1900 block of Snyder Ave. and Wayne Webb, 20, of the 1400 block of Stengel Ave. were charged with theft.

Burglary: Cash and jewelry, all valued at nearly $3,000, were stolen Monday from a house in the 600 block of S. Washington St.

Southern District

Burglary: A compact disc player, 60 compact discs, jewelry and a back pack, all valued at more than $1,800, were stolen Monday from a house in the 1200 block of Battery Ave.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: While the attendant at an Exxon station in the 2400 block of York Road was helping a woman put air in her car's tires about 11 p.m. Sunday, another woman entered the office and took $455 from the cash register. The attendant, 28, reported that when he entered the office, the woman pulled out a handgun as she ran to the car. Both women escaped.

North Point Precinct

Burglary/arrests: Three boys between ages 9 and 14 were arrested Monday and charged with breaking into a neighbor's house in the 3100 block of Whiteway Road and stealing a chain saw, stereo equipment, BB gun, videocassette recorder and tools, all valued at $1,830. None of the property was recovered. The boys were released in the custody of their parents.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Video games, cash and jewelry, all valued at $2,000, were stolen Monday from a house in the 2800 block of Willoughby Road.

Burglary: A motor-driven go-cart valued at more than $1,000 was stolen Monday from the back yard of a house in the first block of Manor Spring Court.
