Suspect in death of man in Woodlawn surrenders

One of three suspects in the fatal shooting of a Woodlawn man was being held without bail last night after surrendering to police Thursday night.

Marcel Bobby Lops, 24, whose last known address was in the 3100 block of Rheims Road in Woodlawn, surrendered at police headquarters in Towson with his lawyer. He was taken to the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Two other suspects are still being sought in the death of Anthony Walker Filipiak Sr., who was shot during a robbery at his home in the 7200 block of Stony Barr Road.
