Kelvin Collins (Running back, Old Mill) The senior has 4.6 speed and set school records for yards rushing (1,656), touchdowns (23) and total points (140) in '99.

Brandon Gulley (Lineman, Annapolis) The county's top two-way lineman uses his 6-3, 190-pound frame to create havoc (six sacks, 12 knocked down passes) on defense and is a superb pulling guard.

Mike Pfisterer (Quarterback, North County) The four-year starter reads well, has a quick release and needs 1,712 passing yards and 23 TD passes to break state career records.
