Douglas G. Ober, chairman of the board, exercised an option for 2,249 shares of common at $9.32 each July 18. To cover the expenses of the transaction, Ober turned in 2,249 of them and now directly and indirectly holds 20,473.

Lawrence L. Hooper, vice president, exercised an option for 1,000 shares of common at $21.60 each July 20. To cover the expenses of transaction, Hooper turned in 1,000 of them and now directly and indirectly holds 3,913.

Cel-Sci Corp.

M. D. Winship, vice president, exercised an option for 738 shares of common at $3.25 each July 3 and now directly holds 7,963.
