MayaTech appoints Day technical vice president
MayaTech Corp. appointed Harry Day as technical vice president for evaluation research at the Silver Spring applied social science research and technical assistance services company. A member of the American Public Health Association, American Psychological Association and the American Evolution Association, Day received his doctorate in psychology from Cornell University.
Prime Outlets names Seaman general manager
Prime Outlets at Perryville hired Mark Seaman as general manager and marketing director. He is responsible for training, budget, billing, sales report preparation and client relations. He previously was a specialty leasing director for Continental Realty Corp. An adjunct faculty member at Catonsville Community College, he received his master's degree at Towson University.

Weinberg Harris & Associates, the Baltimore-based public relations and corporate communications firm, named Jennifer Yearwood Ginn as a senior account executive and Teresa K. Ernst and Kristin A. Foster as assistant account executives.
Ginn is a Baltimore resident and graduated from the College of New Rochelle. Ernst, a graduate of Towson University, lives in Owings Mills. Foster, a Homeland resident, graduated from the University of North Carolina/Wilmington.

Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler admitted David B. Applefeld to the Baltimore law firm as a member. Assigned to the firm's litigation group, he will focus his practice on construction, insurance and product liability law.
