The model, the Tiffany with garage, starts at $148,900 for 1,700 square feet, not including the finished lower level.

The first floor has a foyer, a 15-by-13-foot living room, 15-by- 12-foot kitchen, 17-by-10-foot dining room, powder room, closet and a connected one-car garage.

The second floor consists of a 13-by-13-foot master bedroom with master bath, a walk-in closet, a hall bath, an 11-by-10-foot bedroom, a laundry room, and a 9-by-9-foot bedroom.

Two other floor plans are available at the community. The 1,700-square-foot Avandel has a base price of $151,900. The 2,200-square-foot Canterbury starts at $175,900.

The model is open from noon to 6 p.m. every day.
