River Run at Piney Orchard

Columbia Builders has a model open at River Run, a townhouse community at Piney Orchard in Anne Arundel County.

Piney Orchard features two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a fitness center, four tennis courts, tot lots and bicycle paths. River Run borders the 45-acre Piney Orchard nature preserve. Every home site backs to woods.

The model, the Ashford floor plan, starts at $172,400 for 2,125 square feet. It features an optional center kitchen floor plan for $1,595 more.

The entry level consists of a finished 17-by-15-foot family room, powder room and foyer.

Follow the parkway for 1.5 miles to Piney Orchard Ice Arena. Make a left onto Riverscape Road into River Run. The model is straight ahead.
