Buccaneers: Signed LB Nate Webster, a third-round draft pick.

Browns: Agreed to terms with QB Spergon Wynn on a four-year contract.

Chiefs: Signed free-agent TE Jason Dunn, who had been with the Philadelphia Eagles.
