MARC service A special MARC July 4 train will leave Baltimore's Penn Station at 4:30 p.m. One train will make all local stops on the Penn Line and arrive at Washington's Union Station at 5:25 p.m. The return trip departs Washington at 10:45 p.m. All MARC tickets will be honored at regular fare rates; weekly and monthly tickets will not be accepted on this train. MARC round-trip fares will range from $6 to $10.25, dependng on boarding location. An adult may bring one child, 15 years and younger, for free. Mobility Holiday service
