An assistant promotions director for Baltimore radio station 92 Q was found shot dead in a vacant house at 31 E. North Ave. early yesterday, police said.

Larry Hines, 32, of Baltimore was found dead about 4 a.m. by his sister and friends after they noticed he had been absent from Club Choices, 1815 N. Charles St., for at least 45 minutes, said Ragina C. Averella, public affairs director for the Baltimore police.

Hines' sister and friends told police he left the club to "get some air."

His body was found not far from a friend's Mazda sedan, keys for which Hines was carring.

The car's sunroof was broken, said Averella.

The crime is being investigated as a homicide, she said.
