Northern District

Robbery: A woman, 32, was in the 200 block of W. 27th St. about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday when a man armed with a handgun and a female accomplice shoved her against a nearby wall and robbed her of $20 and a diamond ring valued at $500.

Robbery: A boy, 14, was riding his moped at West Cold Spring Lane near Roland Avenue about 4 p.m. Tuesday when several youths knocked him to the ground and stole the vehicle. No arrests were made, but police recovered the moped, valued at $1,200, in the 4400 block of Bedford Place, several blocks east of the robbery scene.

Theft: Moments after a Mexican Kachina doll, valued at more than $300, was delivered Tuesday to a house in the 300 block of St. Dunstans Road, neighbors saw a man steal the package.

Southeastern District

Stolen car: A green 1995 Jeep with tags M364145 was stolen Tuesday in the 3100 block of E. Pratt St.

Northwestern District

Burglary: A 13-inch screen television valued at $200 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 4000 block of Park Heights Ave.

Southern District

Stolen car: A light-blue 1995 Dodge Neon with tags ERT 298 was stolen Tuesday in the 1000 block of S. Paca St.

Burglary: Three ladders, bathroom vanities, vanity fixtures and 5 gallons of white paint, all valued at nearly $1,300, were stolen Tuesday from a garage in the 800 block of Washinton Blvd.

Central District

Burglary: Someone entered the office of Washingon-Baltimore Newspaper Guild Local 35 in the 400 block of St. Paul St. through a door Tuesday afternoon and stole computer equipment valued at $2,000

Baltimore County

Garrison Precinct

Officers assaulted/arrest: Officer Bert Strayler was questioning a bike rider, who had been reported as acting suspiciously, near Reisterstown Shopping Center in the 11900 block of Reisterstown Road about 2 a.m. Tuesday when the man bit him on the right hand and rode off. Police chased the man a block north behind Hannah Moore Academy Center where he bit Officer William McGladrie and tried to take his handgun. McGladrie subdued the man and arrested him. Royce Fischbach, 20, of no fixed address was charged with assaulting police, theft of the bicycle, resisting arrest, fleeing and eluding, and possession of suspected narcotics. He was being held without bail. McGladrie suffered a serious bite to the middle finger of his right hand that required surgery at the Raymond Curtis Hand Center at Union Memorial Hospital. Strayler was not seriously injured.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A diamond ring, 400 compact discs and a watch, all valued at nearly $5,200, were stolen June 6 from a house in the 9600 block of Mason Ave. The burglary was reported Tuesday.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Tools and landscaping equipment, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Tuesday from Central Christian Assembly Church in the 7400 block of Rossville Blvd.

Burglary: A guitar valued at $900 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 600 block of Dale Ave. The thief entered through a bathroom window.
