40 boats to start 12th Bermuda race

The 12th biennial Annapolis-to-Bermuda Ocean Race will start at 4 p.m. today in the Severn River off Sycamore Point, in front of the Eastport Yacht Club. Competitors will be traveling to St. George's Dinghy and Sports Club in Bermuda.

Forty boats are entered in the 753-mile sail race, the winner of which usually finishes in five days.
