Southern District

Robbery: A man, 40, was in the 200 block of Cedley St. on Wednesday afternoon when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of a cellular phone valued at $105 and $11 cash. A suspect was arrested yesterday. Robbery and deadly weapons charges were pending.

Theft: An empty 53-foot trailer with Maine tags 1918827 was stolen Wednesday in the 1800 block of Frankfurst Ave.

Theft from vehicle: Someone entered a state-owned Chevrolet truck parked in the 200 block of Emory St. on Wednesday and stole a laptop computer and business papers, all valued at more than $2,300.

Stolen car: A black two-door 1990 Mazda with tags FJG 495 was stolen Wednesday in the 300 block of W. Camden St.

Burglary: A television, videocassette recorder and stereo equipment, all valued at nearly $1,000, were stolen Sunday from a house in the 2100 block of W. Patapsco Ave. The burglary was reported Wednesday.

Southeastern District

Carjacking: Two men and two women forced a motorist from his gold-colored Toyota with tags FYZ 201 near O'Donnell Street and Dundalk Avenue shortly before midnight Wednesday.

Burglary: A stained-glass transom window and a set of storm doors, all valued at nearly $2,000, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 2400 block of Fait Ave.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A woman, 19, was in the 3800 block of Reisterstown Road about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday when a gunman robbed her of $5 and several pieces of gold jewelry.

Southwestern District

Assault: Police were seeking a man known as "Mack" who fired several shots at a man, 33, in the 500 block of S. Bentalou St. about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday after they had argued. The victim was not injured.

Theft: Someone entered a locked classroom cabinet at Beechfield Elementary School in the 300 block of S. Beechfield Ave. Tuesday and stole nearly $60, a compact disc and a videocassette tape.

Theft from vehicle: Tools valued at more than $100 were stolen Wednesday from a 1973 Chevrolet pickup truck parked in the 200 block of McCurley St.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary/arrests: Two men and two teen-age boys were arrested about 2 a.m yesterday and charged with breaking into a storage building at Goulding's Ski & Cycle Shop in the 12000 block of Pulaski Highway and stealing an all-terrain vehicle and three motorcycles. Officer Hope Deems was near the scene when a 2000 Mitsubishi van passed her with its headlights off. As Deems followed the van, its rear door opened, revealing the vehicles. At Perry Hall Boulevard and Southfield Road, the driver of the van crashed the vehicle into a police car. Charged with burglary, assaulting a police officer, possession of narcotics and auto theft were Darion Saunders, 20, of the 3400 block of Spelman Road in Southern Baltimore, and Dana D. Hunt, 19, of the 2100 block of W. Baltimore St. in Southwest Baltimore. Charges against the boys were not available. Police said the van had been stolen from a car rental company.

Burglary: Someone broke into Big Falls Inn in the 11800 block of Philadelphia Road through a rear door Wednesday and removed an undisclosed sum of money from a cash register.

Burglary: A laptop computer valued at $4,000 was stolen from a house in the first block of Hardwood Drive overnight Tuesday. The thief entered through a basement sliding-glass door.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A quantity of candy, soft-drinks and cigars, all valued at more than $300, were stolen from a storage trailer parked at the Crown service station at East Joppa and Harford roads between Tuesday and Wednesday.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: A power lawnmower of unknown value was stolen Wednesday from a garage in the 6900 block of Bellona Ave.
