County police to set up sobriety checkpoint

Howard County traffic enforcement officers will set up a sobriety checkpoint this week - Friday or Saturday - at an undisclosed location that police say has frequent alcohol-related accidents and arrests.

Police said the checkpoint will be marked with signs and lights, and officers will be in uniform.

It will be the second sobriety checkpoint in Howard County this year.
