Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Burglary: A .38-caliber handgun, videocassette recorder and $400 were stolen yesterday from a house in the 2800 block of Woodbrook Ave.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A man robbed the Little Tavern in the 6400 block of Holabird Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money about 11 p.m. Monday.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A boy, 11, was riding his 18-speed mountain bicycle in the 3800 block of Liberty Heights Ave. about 6 p.m. Tuesday when a man forced him off the bicycle, valued at nearly $90, and rode away.

Theft: While a clerk was assisting a customer, someone stole a laptop computer -- valued at $700 -- Monday from Hilltop Pawn in the 5400 block of Reisterstown Road.

Eastern District

Robbery: A man with an unknown weapon robbed a woman, 32, of $20 in the 1000 block of Harford Ave. about 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Southern District

Robbery: A teen-age male approached a woman from behind in the 2900 block of S. Hanover St. about 5: 30 p.m. Tuesday and stole her purse containing cash and property, all of unknown value.

Theft: A 25-inch TV and a videocassette recorder, valued at $600, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 2300 block of Round Road.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a woman, 27, of cash, an automated teller machine card and other property in the 1700 block of Edgewood Road about midnight Tuesday. One of the men demanded her ATM number. She gave an incorrect one.

Robbery: Two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed a woman, 47, of $40 Tuesday as she left Loch Raven Lutheran Church in the 8600 block of Loch Raven Blvd.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A man, 33, was walking in a woods near Liberty Road and Schnaper Drive about 12: 30 a.m. Tuesday when a gunman robbed him of $5.

Stolen car: A white 2000 Lexus LX47 -- temporary tags 10266N and valued at $60,000 -- was stolen Tuesday from the lot at Len Stoler Lexus in the 11200 block of Reisterstown Road.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Jewelry valued at $7,000 and more than $100 were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 100 block of Dan Ben Court.

For the record

Suspect sought: Lajuan "Trigger" Smith, 25, whose last known address was the 1000 block of N. Gay St. has been charged in a warrant with first-degree murder in the death of Raymond L. Pitchford, 25, of the 1500 block of Langhorn Court. The victim was shot March 8 in the 1700 block of Crystal Ave. Police said the motive was drug-trafficking turf.
