Heidelmann joins Structural Preservation
Structural Preservation Systems hired Georg Heidelmann as director of industrial market development for the Baltimore-based structural repair contractor.
An engineering graduate of the University of Aachen in Germany, he was in charge of research and development for the Peiniger Group, based in Leverkusen, Germany.

Gray promotes Yednock to chief operating officer
Gray, Kirk/VanSant promoted Ken Yednock to chief operating officer for the Baltimore-based advertising and public relations agency. He formerly was senior vice president and group management director for W.B. Doner.
The Ruxton resident is a member of the Association of Travel Marketing Executives and the Retail Advertising/Marketing Association and is active with the Boy Scouts of America.
Crosby names Shindell a senior copywriter
Crosby Marketing Communications hired Scott Shindell as a senior copywriter. A Pikesville resident, the University of Baltimore graduate formerly was with Brann Worldwide, a unit of the Havas Group.

Bruce is promoted to VP at Harbor Bank
Harbor Bank of Maryland promoted Russell E. Bruce to vice president of commercial lending. He is focusing on expanding the bank's commercial accounts business activity in the Baltimore-Washington region.
A graduate of Drexel University, he lives in Washington and is active in the Drexel Alumni Association and the PTA, and is a member of the Golf League of Business Executives and the Upper Georgia Avenue Business and Professional Association.
