Maryland Landmark Homes has opened a new model at Beacon Point in Perryville.

The community, which offers gas heat and public water and sewer, features large lots and water views.

The model, the Stacey Leigh, starts at $211,900 for 2,584 square feet.

The first floor consists of a two-story open foyer, powder room, 14-by-11-foot living room, 11-by-10-foot dining room, 21-by-12-foot kitchen with breakfast area, 19-by-18-foot family room and two-car garage.
