A 20-year-old Middle River man was charged yesterday in the killing of a 19-year-old neighbor last week, and Baltimore County police said they are seeking a second man.
Police charged Jerome Maurice Edmonds, 20, of the first block of Ebbtide Court in the fatal shooting of John J. Sullivan IV, who lived in the 1600 block of Riverwood Road. An 11-year-old boy found Sullivan's body May 4 on a Middle River playground. He had been shot once in the head.
Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Ricco Rolls, 22, whose last known address was the 2400 block of E. Oliver St. in Baltimore.
