Twisters become wrappers in Marley Station event

Glen Burnie's nationally ranked cheerleading and dance team, the Maryland Twisters, is taking up wrap. Gift wrap, that is.

The Twisters will provide Mother's Day gift-wrapping through Sunday at Marley Station, with materials provided by the mall. In exchange for the work, the shopping center will help subsidize team travel expenses.

The gift wrap center is on the second level near Macy's, and will be staffed by Twisters during regular shopping hours of 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
