Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Robbery try/arrest: A man, 18, was in the 200 block of N. Chapel St. about 3 a.m. Sunday when two men in a black pickup truck demanded his money at gunpoint. The man ran and reported the incident to police. A few blocks away, police stopped a truck and arrested the driver, the lone occupant. Guillermo Ramirez, 24, of the 5700 block of Ranny Road in Mount Washington was charged with attempted armed robbery and possession of narcotics and processed at Central Booking and Intake Center. The unidentified passenger was being sought.

Western District

Burglary: Two men entered Sand Piper 2, a bar in the 1100 block of W. Baltimore St., and stole four cases of beer, a camera and a television yesterday. They also stole the door through which they entered. Value of the property was more than $300.

Eastern District

Robbery: A man, 21, was in the 1700 block of N. Bond St. about 3: 10 a.m. Sunday when two gunmen robbed him of tennis shoes, valued at more than $100, and a gold necklace, cellular phone and cash, all valued at more than $700.

Theft: A green 2000 Targa-brand mo-ped was stolen Sunday from Henry's Bar in the 1800 block of Rutland Ave.

Arson: Someone set fire to the rear of a house in the 2900 block of E. Preston St. about 5 a.m. Sunday, causing nearly $1,000 damage. No injuries were reported.

Southwestern District

Robbery: Several teen-age boys struck a man with a broken beer bottle and robbed him of a new pair of boots -- valued at $140 -- about 5: 15 a.m. Sunday in the 2800 block of Walbrook Ave.

Theft from vehicle: Cash and a cellular phone, all valued at more than $200, were stolen from a 1993 Mazda parked in the 2600 block of Wilkens Ave. during the weekend.

Northern District

Theft from vehicle: A 35 mm movie camera, valued at $100, was stolen Sunday from a 1997 Dodge Avenger parked in the 3500 block of St. Paul St.

Theft: A cellular phone and several compact discs, all valued at more than $300, were stolen Sunday from a 1998 Jeep Cherokee in the 3500 block of St. Paul St.

Stolen vehicle: A 1998 Isuzu pickup truck with tags M166854 was stolen Sunday in the 3700 block of Hickory Ave.

Burglary: Six hundred Pokemon cards, valued at $300, were stolen Sunday from a house in the 3000 block of Frisby St.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: A woman entered a house in the 4300 block of Edro Ave. on Sunday afternoon but fled when confronted by the occupant. No property appeared missing.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Property valued at more than $3,300 was stolen overnight Saturday from a garage in the 7000 block of Mount Vista Road. Taken were more than $100, a watch, 12 compact discs, a lawn tractor and other property.
