"I was in Fells Point on Friday [April 28]. ... There is a lot of African-American history in Fells Point: Joshua Johns, Frederick Douglass, and others. And, let me say, when you have houses that are selling for $400,000 that are [still] being built and [have already] sold, Baltimore is moving. and it's moving positively. But if we keep looking at the glass as half empty and not as half full, we will [continue] to dig a grave for ourselves."
