A Manchester man has been released on $5,000 bail after his arrest on charges of sexually abusing his daughter during a two-year period when she was 2 to 4 years old.
The man, 25, is not being identified to protect the privacy of the girl, now 7. He is charged on one count of child abuse and two counts of sexual offense.
