A 23-year-old Howard County woman was indicted last week by a county grand jury on charges she had sex with a 14-year-old boy.

The 14-year-old told Howard County police that he had a crush on the woman, who was a neighbor at the Valencia Motel in North Laurel, according to charging documents.

The boy and the woman lived there, police said.

The boy told the woman about the crush in December, and they then had sex in front of the woman's sleeping children, police said.

The woman's husband was out of the room at the time, police said.

Leah L. McRobie was indicted Thursday on charges of fourth-degree sex offense and third-degree sex offense.
