Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Robbery/arrest: A man, 27, was about to enter his Ford Taurus in the 4000 block of Dillon St. about 7 a.m. Wednesday when a gunman robbed him of the keys and fled on foot. Officer Rick Mayfield arrested a man near railroad tracks nearby. Dave Powell, 19, of the 3300 block of Hudson St. was charged with armed robbery and processed at Central Booking and Intake Center.

Northern District

Burglary: A television, antique stained-glass windows, antique door woodwork and an antique fireplace mantel were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 400 block of E. 31st St.

Stolen car: A 1995 Ford F-350 pickup truck with Arizona tags 45960A was stolen Wednesday in the 400 block of Benninghaus Road.

Northwestern District

Robbery: Police were seeking a man known as "Donny" who is alleged to have robbed a man, 25, of $200 at gunpoint in the 4200 block of Pimlico Road about 9: 30 p.m. Wednesday.

Stolen vehicle: A green 2000 Chevrolet pickup truck with tags 64H111 was stolen Wednesday in the 3700 block of W. Belvedere Ave.

Eastern District

Robbery: A Johns Hopkins Hospital employee was in the 700 block of N. Rutland Ave. about 7 p.m. Wednesday when a gunman with a bandanna over his face robbed him of jewelry, a pager and cash, all valued at more than $900.

Southern District

Burglary: Video equipment, compact discs and a videocassette recorder, valued at more than $700, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 100 block of Burnett St.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: While the occupants of a house in the 1200 block of White Ave. were talking to a man and woman outside the dwelling Wednesday, a second man managed to get inside and steal more than $500 from a bedroom.

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: An employee of Mays Chapel Wine & Spirits Shop in Lutherville was about to make a night deposit at a bank in the 9600 block of Deereco Road about 2: 30 p.m. Wednesday when a gunman robbed him of a bank bag containing an undisclosed amount of cash. The gunman, who wore a devil mask, drove off in a gray Isuzu pickup truck with Florida tags XTY 41D.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: After disabling a burglar alarm, someone entered Holly Beach Inn in the 2200 block of Henrietta Ave. and stole money from poker machines Wednesday.

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary/arrest: A man, 19, was arrested Wednesday and charged with entering Family Advocacy Services in the 1900 block of Woodlawn Drive through a kitchen window and stealing a videocassette recorder and clothing.
