Chris Scott

The senior set a meet record and tied another in the Knights Invitational at North Coutny and was named the Most Outstanding Performer. His time of 39.2 seconds topped the 300 hurdles record of 39.5 set in 1955 by North county's Troy Fowlkes. In addition, Scott, whose "goal is to win a state titlein the 300 hurdles," according to coach Ed Harte, tied the meet record in the 110-meter hurdles at 14.2 and ran a leg on North County's runnersup 800 relay. Scott was named to the All-Metro teams last spring and this past winter.

Lauren Kickham

The senior midfielder, last year's Howard County Player of the Year and a first-team All-Metro selection, led the top-ranked Vikings (5-0) to convincing wins over Hammond and Centennial. Kickham finished the week with 11 goals, five assists and 21 ground balss. The two-time All-American, headed for Duke, has a team-high 21 goals and 40 ground balls, along with seven assists for the season. Mount Hebron, which has won three straight Class 2A-1A state titles, has won 36 straight games dating to the 1998 season.
