Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Assault/arrest: Efrian Lemus, 25, of the 7000 block of Park Heights Ave. got into an argument with another man Monday at Norris' Cafe in the 1700 block of Gough St. and was cut on the neck with a broken bottle. Lemus required 12 stitches to close the wound at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. A 28-year-old Southeast Baltimore man was charged with aggravated assault.

Southern District

Theft/arrest: Officer Frank Ebberts was driving his cruiser in the 2600 block of Annapolis Road when he stopped a man driving a pickup truck loaded with sections of a silver-colored BGE light pole Monday night. The man told Ebberts he had cut it up after finding it along nearby Interstate 295 and was going to sell it for scrap metal. Daniel Huntsberger 3rd, 40, of the 1300 block of James St. was charged with theft and processed at Central Booking and Intake Center. The pole, valued at $2,000, and the truck were impounded.

Central District

Robbery: A man was about to enter his 1993 Ford Explorer with tags HDV 599 at President Street near Interstate 83 about 11: 20 a.m. Monday when a gunman robbed him of his keys and drove off.

Northern District

Burglary: The door to an apartment in the 3300 block of N. Charles St. was stolen Monday. It was valued at $100.

Eastern District

Assault: A man shot a woman, 19, with a pellet from a paint-ball gun Sunday in the 1900 block of N. Collington Ave., bruising her right eye. He was being sought.

Theft: A woman known as "Cheese" was being sought in the theft Sunday of $300 from a house in the 1300 block of N. Washington St.

Southwestern District

School burglary: A television, videocassette recorder, fax machine, candy, coins and clothing were stolen Monday from St. Bernardine's Catholic School in the 3600 block of Old Frederick Road.

Stolen vehicle: A silver-colored 1999 Chevrolet Silverado with tags 04H 642 was stolen Monday in the 2600 block of St. Benedict St.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery try/shooting: The attendant at Kenwood Shell in the 6300 block of Kenwood Ave. was shot in the abdomen about 9 p.m. Monday during a struggle with a gunman, who escaped. The attendant, 43, was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Robbery: A gunman robbed the Burger King restaurant in the 8300 block of Pulaski Highway of an undisclosed sum of money about 9 p.m. Monday.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Jewelry, $50, a camera and a portable compact disc player were stolen Monday from a house in the 1400 block of Putty Hill Ave.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A 27-inch television and cash, all valued at $800, were stolen Monday from a house in the 2700 block of Sarah Lane.
