Keswick Homes has opened a new model in Hawksfield Estates in Ellicott City.

Natural gas heat, cooking and fireplaces come standard in the community. The 11 available home sites are tree-lined or heavily wooded.

The model, the Bentley, has a base price of $674,990 for the standard 4,400 square feet.

The first floor features a 13-by-17-foot covered entry porch, circular staircase, 14-by-17-foot parlor, 14-by-17-foot dining room, a 23-by-19-foot kitchen with 10-by-17-foot cafe, powder room, 25-by-25-foot gathering room, 16-by-11-foot home office or guest suite, optional 14-by-16-foot sun room and optional three-car garage. (A two-car garage is standard.)

The second floor consists of a 14-by-11-foot bedroom, 14-by-15- foot bedroom, two bathrooms, 10-by-17-foot children's retreat/flex space, 13-by-13-foot bedroom with walk-in closet and 22-by- 20-foot master bedroom with two walk-in closets and a 15-by-15-foot master bath.

There are two other floor plans offered at the community.

The 3,554-square-foot Altair starts at $589,990 and the 4,110- square-foot Chesterfield starts at $644,990.

Keswick Homes also builds custom homes. The model is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

To get to Hawksfield Estates, take Route 70 west to Exit 83 south on Marriottsville Road. Cross over U.S. 40. At the stop sign, make a right onto Route 144. Continue approximately two miles to Triadelphia Road and turn left. Follow Triadelphia for one mile and make a left onto Evergreen Way. Make a left onto Emerald Valley Road and a right onto Old Oak Drive. The model is the second house on the left, 3109 Old Oak Drive.
