Harvey, Hubble, Bisbee among the top O'Conor associates

O'Conor, Piper & Flynn ERA announced that Whit Harvey, Nancy Hubble and Karen Bisbee of its Greenspring office were among the top associates companywide for 1999 honored at a black-tie gala recently at the Baltimore Country Club.

Harvey was named the 1999 Residential Associate. Hubble and Bisbee received the Residential Team award.

SuZanne Glocker, of the company's Hagerstown office, received both the Listing Associate and the Transaction Associate Award. Kathy Brooks, of the Annapolis Church Circle office, received the Largest Residential Transaction award.

Century 21 Diana Realty Inc. said the following agents received awards at the Century 21 Greater Maryland Brokers Council's 1999 Annual Awards Banquet: Claudia Sconion, Quality Service Producer Award and Million Dollar Club Platinum Award; Barbara Aiken and Steve Kuzma, Centurion Award; Denise Diana, Million Dollar Club Gold Award and Masters; Irene Tang, Million Dollar Club Silver Award; Tricia Howard, Lisa Marie Hagy and Dianne Hebert, Million Dollar Club. Prudential Carruthers Realtors said Ron Osher, an associate broker in its Pikesville office, was awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Council of the National Association of Realtors.

O'Conor, Piper & Flynn ERA said its top 10 sales offices for 1999 were Annapolis Church Circle, Ocean City 104th Street, Timonium, Roland Park at Stone Mill, Hagerstown, Severna Park, Ellicott City, Greenspring, Annapolis Plaza and White Marsh.

Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. said these agents from the Pasadena/Glen Burnie office received honors for their 1999 achievements: Rich Kuhn, top producer, lister and salesperson; Ken Bryant, rookie top producer and salesperson; Dave Duncan, Outstanding Achievement Award, and Bob Steele, top transfer agent.

Prudential Carruthers Realtors said the team of Harriett Wasserman, Marc Goldstein and David Desser had the highest listing and sales production in the Pikesville office for March, with more than $5 million in sales volume.

Coldwell Banker Stevens Realtors said the following agents were the top producers in their offices in March: Steve and Ruth Orton and Jeannie Ellis, Annapolis; Sherry Johns and James Newcomb, Glen Burnie and Bonnie Wolfe and Helen Thompson, Severna Park.

Century 21 H.T. Brown Real Estate said Shirley Ann Richardson was named to Unique Homes magazine's Registry of Distinction, the referral network of luxury specialists.

Coldwell Banker Grempler Realty named Joan Hemingway Mezoff to the company's International Sterling Society, an honor given to the top 27 percent of Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide.

Long & Foster Real Estate said Bob Steele has been named "top lister" for March in the company's Pasadena office.

Coldwell Banker Grempler Realty said Elizabeth Dougherty of its Timonium office has earned the Accredited Buyer Designation.

Century 21 Anthony-Gavern Realtors said these agents were recognized for outstanding sales achievements for 1999: Lennox Lloyd, Platinum Achievement Award; Frank Gavern III, Gold Sales Achievement Award; Debra Byrd, Robert Gaudette and Vic Karcher, Sales Achievement Award. The company also received the Century 21 Office Gold Club Award.

Prudential Carruthers Realtors said Harriett Wasserman of its Pikesville office received the Legend Award from the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. The award goes to top producers who have won the Chairman's Circle Award, for gross commission income of more than $230,000, five or more times.
