Huss is marketing chief for Mall in Columbia

The Mall in Columbia named Dianne M. Huss marketing manager. The Ellicott City resident holds a graduate degree from Fordham University and formerly was a manager with the United Way Community Partnership.

Creighton vice president of Cosper & Associates

Gee Cosper & Associates appointed David C. Creighton as vice president of the Mount Washington facilities and security management firm. A former Rouse Co. vice president, the Howard County resident is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Walpert, Picou, Jackson join MGH Advertising

MGH Advertising Inc. hired Jarrod Walpert as senior public relations strategist, Jean Picou as an art director and Dell Jackson as a public relations strategist at the Owings Mills agency.

Walpert, a Towson University graduate, was formerly with outlet mall operator Prime Retail and is a member of the Public Relations society of America. He is active with the Baltimore Mentoring Partnership. Picou, a graduate of the Maryland Institute, College of Art, was formerly with Brennan Advertising. Jackson, an Owings Mills resident, graduated from Towson University and was formerly a public relations account executive at the Reeves Agency.

Brown, Johnson, Pelton take Regal Bank posts

Regal Bank & Trust appointed G. Michael Brown chief lending officer, Amanda Johnson as controller and Karen Pelton as vice president of marketing and business development for the newly chartered Owings Mills commercial bank.

Brown, formerly of Sequoia National Bank, is a graduate of Salisbury State University and a 25-year veteran of the banking industry. Johnson, an 11-year banking veteran, is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and had been an accounting analyst for Tower Federal Credit Union. Workers' Insurance Fund names Williams VP, COO

The Injured Workers' Insurance Fund hired Preston D. Williams, formerly of the St. Paul Cos., as executive vice president and chief operating officer of the worker compensation insurer, based in Towson. His responsibilities include oversight of operations, claims, policyholder services, business development, human resources, marketing and communications.
