Gemcraft Homes is big winner in awards ceremony

With three Awards of Excellence citations, Gemcraft Homes was the big winner last week when the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Maryland presented its annual awards at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel.

Barry Andrews Homes of Harford County and the Williamsburg Group in Howard County each won a pair of awards.

The SMC Award of Excellence program recognizes local homebuilders who provide buyers with excellence in design, livability and value.

Gemcraft's Judy Borns was named Sales Manager of the Year. Cindy McAuliffe of Grayson Homes was named Marketing Director of the Year.

Other winners were Korin Lusby, Pulte Home Corp., Single-family Attached Salesperson of the Year; Patrick Addington, Ryland Homes, Rookie Salesperson of the Year; Daniel Fisher, Builders 1st Choice/Columbia Builders, Single-family Detached Salesperson of the Year; Dee McMasters, Gemcraft Homes, Multifamily Salesperson of the Year; and Diane Donnelly, Multiple Product Salesperson of the Year.
