Senior Maggy Kilroy scored her fourth goal of the game with 13 seconds remaining yesterday to lift visiting Washington College to an 11-10 win over No. 19 Franklin & Marshall in a Centennial Conference women's lacrosse game.

Jordan Holt had three goals and Tracy Smet had two for the Shoremen (5-1, 4-1). The Diplomats fell to 4-4, 2-2.

Salisbury State 22, Catholic 5: Annie Sappington scored five goals and had an assist, and Jen Mezzadra contributed four goals and four assists to lead the Sea Gulls (8-1, 3-0) over the host Cardinals (4-5, 2-3) in the Capital Athletic Conference.

Christine Sliger and Amanda Almon added three goals apiece for the Sea Gulls, who opened a 15-1 lead at halftime.

Susquehanna 13, Western Maryland 7: Eldersburg native Shelley Sanders scored her only goal with 7: 41 remaining to ignite a late five-goal flurry as the host Crusaders (5-2) broke open an 8-7 game to beat the Green Terror (3-6) for the first time in 11 tries.

Green Terror senior Meaghan Giorno, the No. 3 scorer in Division III last year, was held without a goal for the first time in 18 games.

Tracy Kessler scored three goals to lead the Green Terror.

Frostburg State 17, Shenandoah 1: Laura Basil and Kelly Waskey scored three goals each, and Darla Burns had two goals and three assists as the Bobcats (6-2) easily won their home opener.
