Resource Enterprises makes Swirdovich a vice president

Columbia resident Natalie S. Swirdovich has been promoted to vice president of marketing and management at Resource Enterprises Inc., a commercial real estate firm.

She recently directed the redevelopment of Chatham Mall in Ellicott City, which has been demolished, reconfigured and renamed Chatham Station Shopping Center.

In her position she will continue management of the shopping center.

Swirdovich is a member of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce and Howard County Tourism Council.

Resource Enterprises Inc. leases and manages Chatham Station Shopping Center, Laurel Park Shopping Center, the Greater Laurel Professional Building and the Compton Building in Laurel.

Lundblad agrees to chair Howard's United Way drive

Don Lundblad, chief operating officer of the Columbia-based Amerix Corp., has volunteered to be chairman of the Howard County United Way of Central Maryland Campaign for 2000.

He will recruit a team of volunteers from the county's business, government, education and nonprofit sectors.
