Baltimore City

Southwestern District

Shooting: Police were searching for a male, 15, who entered a house in the 300 block of Martingale Ave. about 10 p.m. Saturday and shot a man in the lower right back during a birthday party. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Police said several party-goers recognized the gunman, who entered through a basement door.

Robbery: Two men robbed a man, 23, of $80 in the 300 block of S. Franklintown Road about 7 p.m. Friday at gunpoint.

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a girl, 16, of gold jewelry, a leather jacket and boots -- all valued at more than $1,000 -- about 1 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of S. Culver St. The gunman struck the girl in the head with the weapon. She was treated for a laceration at St. Agnes HealthCare.

Stolen car: A gray 4-door 2000 Lincoln with Pennsylvania tags CCB 9752 was stolen Saturday in the 1000 block of N. Ellamont St.

Northwestern District

Stolen truck: A man picked up a woman in his 1998 Chevrolet pickup truck with tags M421972 about 5: 30 p.m. Monday and left her in the vehicle while he went into a store in the 5500 block of Reisterstown Road. She stole the truck.

Burglary: Police were seeking two teen-age boys who entered a house in the 3000 block of Garrison Blvd. Monday and stole a pager and videocassette recorder, all valued at more than $500.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct:

Arrest: Responding to a report of an armed man, Officers Darren Anderson and Steven Mee went to the park-and-ride lot in the 9600 block of Harford Road about 2: 25 p.m. Monday and seized a .177 caliber pellet gun from a man in a 1999 Dodge Dakota truck and a loaded 12-gauge shotgun from under the seat. The man was dressed in a police-type uniform and had a 2-way radio, badge case, a flashing red light, a 12-inch knife and a police-style gun belt. He also had a county police officer's badge that had been stolen in 1989. Bruce Alan Steffe, 20, who lives in the 7600 block of S. Bond St. in Dundalk, was arrested and charged with impersonating a police officer. Police said there was no evidence Steffe stole the badge.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Power tools, two microwave ovens, a garbage disposal and other property, all valued at nearly $3,400, were stolen Monday from a house being remodeled in the 1200 block of Gerber Lane.

Theft: Over a period of at least three weeks, someone entered a house in the first block of Hampston Garth in Timonium and stole several pieces of jewelry, cash and French coins, all valued at nearly $78,000. The property was kept in a secured box under a bed. The theft was reported Saturday.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: Two gas stoves of unknown value were stolen between Saturday and Monday from two houses being built in the 8800 block of Joshua Court.

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary: Computer equipment and a telephone, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Monday from a house in the 6800 block of Brompton Road. The thief may have entered with a key.

Stolen car: A black 1999 Chevrolet Corvette convertible with temporary tags 29963P was stolen Monday from Fox Chevrolet in the 6600 block of Security Blvd.
