Chris Hartofilis fed his brother, Nick, for the game-winning goal with 2: 38 left as No. 10 Duke handed No. 3 Georgetown its first loss, 13-12, in a men's lacrosse game yesterday in Durham, N.C.
Duke (5-2) scored the first four goals of the game over a nine-minute span, including two by Greg Patchak (Timonium).
Georgetown (6-1) went on a 5-2 scoring run in the third quarter to knot the score at 7-7, and the teams traded three goals each in the third quarter.
