New Windsor firefighters install company officers

New Windsor Volunteer Fire Company installed new officers at its annual banquet.

Administrative officers are: Drew Strine, president; Richard Hooper, vice president; Jack Coe, treasurer; Ed Palsgrove, assistant treasurer; Gail Hooper, corresponding secretary; Penny Strine, assistant corresponding secretary; Barbara Blacksten, financial secretary; Thomas Holland, assistant financial secretary; Neal Roop, chaplain; and Wayne Blacksten, historian.

Line officers are: Rick Fritz, fire chief; Byron Welker, assistant fire chief; Jeff Lease, captain; Jeff Fritz, lieutenant; Mike Moser, 2nd lieutenant; Marcy Munshaur, ambulance captain; Thomas Coe, ambulance lieutenant; Jack Coe, second ambulance lieutenant; and Dan Fritz, sergeant.

Apparatus foremen are: Brett Condon, Steve Strawsburg Jr. -- Engine 101; Donnie Kinna, Sean Thornton -- Engine 102; David Coe, Scott Lowman, John Obrecht -- Engine 105; Felix Hill, Chad Petry -- Utility 10; Penny Strine, Jess Denning -- Ambulance 109.

Directors are: Ed Palsgrove, Steve Kreimer, Richard Warrenfeltz, Tom Holland, Wayne Blacksten, Jerry Lease, William Kreimer, Ronnie Blacksten and Dan Fritz. Carroll County Firemen's Association delegates are George Petry and Gene Smith.

Ladies auxiliary officers are: Mary Magruder, president; Barbara Black, vice president; Dorothy Rue, corresponding secretary; Mildred Wolfe, assistant corresponding secretary; Catherine Grabill, financial secretary; Kitty Green, assistant financial secretary; Debbie Hossler, treasurer; Mary Smith, assistant treasurer; Rebecca Harman, chaplain; Catherine Dodd, assistant chaplain; Edith Franklin, historian; Madeleine Weller, assistant historian; Mary Warehime and Joan Hess, color bearers.

Junior fire department officers are: Chris Palsgrove, president; Steve Boilin, vice president; Christina Clarius, secretary; Sean Clark, treasurer; Seth Petry, fire captain; Bobby Moser, fire lieutenant; Andy Clark, Emergency Medical Services captain; Kenneth Watts, EMS lieutenant.
