Realtor awards go to Widmayer, Young, Dalton

Jean Ridge Young, Salley Widmayer and John Dalton of Pardoe Real Estate ERA, a sister company of local O'Conor, Piper & Flynn ERA, were among the winners of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors' 1999 Achievement Awards.

Individual Realtors with the highest dollar volume: Gil Clark, Clark Select Properties; Jean Ridge Young, Pardoe Real Estate ERA; Gigi Winston, Winston & Winston Real Estate; Salley Widmayer, Pardoe Real Estate ERA, and Matthew Maury, Stuart & Maury Inc. Individual Realtors with the greatest number of transactions: Gil Clark, Clark Select Properties; Samuel Davis, Long & Foster Real Estate Inc.; Bob Williams, Coldwell Banker Realty Pros.; Gigi Winston, Winston & Winston Real Estate; Tenson Ke, Century 21 All Properties, and John Fitzgerald, Long & Foster Real Estate.

John Dalton of Pardoe Real Estate ERA received special recognition for having the highest dollar volume for a first-year Realtor. Joseph Himali of Long & Foster Real Estate was the first-year Realtor with the greatest number of transactions.

O'Conor, Piper & Flynn ERA said Ray Mariacker, a sales associate in its Bel Air/Abingdon office, has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

Coldwell Banker Stevens Realtors named William B. Frost director of the Coldwell Banker Institute for the company.

O'Conor, Piper & Flynn ERA said Sue Wettstein Brazzel, who had more than $12 million in 1999 sales, was named Office Residential Associate and Office Listing Associate and awarded the Founders Club award for the Columbia office.

Coldwell Banker Grempler Realty Inc. said it has been named to the Coldwell Banker Chairman's Circle, a designation awarded to companies whose 1999 sales performance was in the top 5 percent of all Coldwell Banker companies.

Century 21 Diana Realty Inc. said Claudia Sconion has been named a Quality Service Producer by Century 21 Real Estate Corp.

Coldwell Banker Grempler Realty Inc. said Kathy Wood has joined its Eastpoint office as manager. Anthony R. Hamlett Sr. and Pamela Parker joined the company as sales associates in the Columbia office.
